Luck or Intention?

Sokol Blosser NV Evolution
White Wine from Willamette Valley, Oregon

We discovered this bottle at a local wine bar near our home, it's a classic blend of nine white grapes, each pressed separately, adding its own character. It was the perfect pairing for my peach cobbler (served warm) and my husbands scallop salad (also served warm).

I love how the wine maker asks us to consider if this delicious wine was merely a product of luck? Or Intention? Clearly, there is someone very drunk and very brilliant behind the makings of this rare breed of white wine because it continues to remain a natural selection.

Perhaps luck is their intention.

Perhaps. Or as Charlie likes to say, Turdhats

Turdhats that is what they intended to do but my guess is that it was more intentional than not. And anyway, now that they know it works it bears repeating.

Until they got in trouble with the Beatles, they called it Revolution #9.
